GSP Aquatic Fusion Workout (Including Waterproof Guide)
Georges passion for drag resistance training prompted him to team up with Hydrorevolution to develop an exclusive GSP training program utilizing Aqualogix equipment that he believes fitness enthusiasts of all levels can benefit from. Georges states that “the greatest things about the equipment is that it allows you to make your own resistance, it doesn’t load joints, allows you to target specific muscles and the chance of injury is extremely low.” He believes this training system is one of the best kept secrets and should be adopted not just by fellow MMA fighters and professional athletes, but by people of all ages and fitness levels.
Georges Aquatic Fusion Training Program has been designed to help improve your overall fitness, functional strength, power and performance. Regardless of your age, fitness level or location you can now train using the exact same aquatic workout program that MMA Champion Georges St-Pierre used to get back on top and in the best shape of his life.
Georges training program starts with a dynamic land-based warm up to prepare your body for a 1 hour pool session that covers all major muscle groups quickly and efficiently utilizing Aqualogix and/or Aquastrength drag resistance equipment.
This program has been designed to cater for a wide range of fitness levels, the Aqualogix and Aquastrength equipment allows you to create your own resistance, meaning you can control the level at which you workout. The harder you push, the harder the workout is going to be, wanting to take it slow? Simply reduce the tempo for less resistance.
What you get:
(1) Set of Upper Body Aqualogix Bells and (1) Set of Lower Body Aqualogix Hybrid Fins
- Choose the Smoke "All-Purpose" for high tempo work where speed and resistance are balanced to allow for sport specific movements and HIIT style training.
- Choose the Blue "Max Resistance" for more moderate tempo to focus on strength and explosive lower body, core and upper body movements. These can be a challenge for most to move at more than a moderate tempo.
- Fins can also be placed on the wrist for hands free training or added resistance to a set of bells alone.
